The Solvents Industry Group (SIG) of the American Chemistry Council represents the leading producers of oxygenated and hydrocarbon organic solvents. The SIG was created in 1995 to address health, safety, and environmental issues that affect producers, distributors, and users of modern hydrocarbon and oxygenated solvents.
